Oops...

I forgot to paste in the table that shows one way of determining how much
'weight' each state has in the process. If a state has low voter turnout,
each delegate from that state represents fewer people. (I did another table
that assumes that if you vote for anyone other than the winner of your
state, your vote gets thrown out. In that case, the delegates from the state
only represent those who cast winning votes. The results are equally
disproportionate, but not in the same states.)
