Lennon/McCartney
Goffin/King
Bacharach/David
Rogers/Hart
Rogers/Hammerstein
Lerner/Lowe
Holland/Dozier/Holland

The list goes on & on.  The separate composer & lyricist model was
once more the norm than the exception.
