I absolutely agree, Roberto! Katherine Mansfield is without a doubt
one of the great short story writers. My favourite (if I have to
choose) is "At the Bay" from her collection 'The Garden Party'. Such
delicate and evocative writing! I read a fine biography of her (she
died in 1923 of TB at the age of 35) some years ago titled 'A Secret
Life' by Claire Tomalin. Mansfield's stories are definitely
recommended and I think would appeal to most Joni M. fans.
