HDCD Re-issues?

Hi;

   Just wondering if anyone had comments on the quality of the HDCD
re-masters
of Joni's CDs vs earlier versions. Is it worth upgrading? I'm
particularly
interested in Hejira. (and no, my CD player does not have an HDCD
decoder)
