I thought it was "Yoko" and "John,"  too, but this new way of hearing it
makes sense:  Julian and Kyoko were their children. Kyoko is Yoko's daughter
with her first husband, Tony Somethingorother?, and Julian, John's son with
his first wife, Cynthia.  When the song was recorded, John and Yoko were not
yet the parents of Sean.  They were wishing their then-existing kids a merry
Christmas, and a world is which "war is over."
