It isn't the cd's-it is the stereo system. My car cd wouldn't play burned cd's at all
soemtimes.
When you burn a cd for use on Hi Fi systems, use only 2x speed and preferably record at
1x, although you should be okay with 2x.
The trouble is in the chips in the hi fi system not being able to read these burned 
cd's
well. the newest ones can with no trouble. the older the system the less likely it is 
that
it can read the info correctly.
