Same here.  I've noticed that the older I become, the
less new music I buy.  Rather, I buy CD versions of
old, well-loved albums.

Although I must have bought some CDs in 2000, I can't
recall what they were ... I did receive at least 4 CDs
as gifts this year, and 3 of them represent my entire
"Best of 2000" list:

1) BSN*
2) Red Dirt Girl
3) It's Like This**

I agree!  In fact, it's "Red Dirt Girl" that has
actually turned me on to Emmylou after all these
years!  (Do I ever have a lot of catching up to do!)
