As is my custom, I like to play a little Joni everyday in my classroom. When students are behaving I don't have many visitors. Yesterday morning was like that, so I popped in DJRD. Half way through cotton avenue came David B., with his "bed-head" hair and one eye still crusted shut. I put him to work figuring out what he needed to do next time he was angry instead of namecalling. While writing his "plan" his head kept bobbing up. "Talk to Me" was playing. Finally he couldn't take it any more and had to remark to me that he had this music on one of his nintendo games. Of course this made me laugh so hard that I just about fell out of my chair. Poor David B., who really doesn't have much of a clue to begin with, was speechless. Joni sounds like nintendo muzak? I don't think so! Sue np: Like the Weather
