that's how i feel about you, folks -- even those i have referred to dr.
kevorkian.
i could never find the eloquence to express what this community means to me,
so for a change i won't be witty and decadent [he said humbly...].
you know, we are a quite an anthropological phenomenon. for the last three
years, we have been pioneering what in the future may be known as one of the
first global communities. there are other discussion lists -- and i should
know. however, none will ever hold a candle to ours: even our ugly moments
are great.
i have chosen you for my family. i hope we'll be relatives for a very long
time, preferably forever: let nobody put asunder this solid love! but if i
were to leave you tomorrow, i would still tell the world that once i had a
family and that i loved them.
and because i am a very religious old sinner, i will pray god [in my head
named baby jesus, in your head...well, that's your business] that we may
live and learn, live and teach, live and fulfill our missions.
