Jimmy, tell Yoko to return my calls -- I am trying to sublet her
apartment in the Dakota -- she owes me, since I bought Julian's
"Valotte" on cd this fall, thereby reviving his career and persuading
him to settle his lawsuit against her.
Hey, anyone ever see the episode of the Simpsons where they spoof
Yoko? Homer is part of the B-Sharps, which breaks up when Barney meets
his Japanese conceptual artist girlfriend? It's so funny -- the "Yoko"
character goes into the bar and orders "a single plum, floating in
perfume, served in a man's hat." As much as I love Yoko, this made me
roll on the floor.
