Hey Kakki -
Glad you finally got my CD. A couple of other were lost due to construction
in my neighborhood and the destruction of a mail box!
Really, I can't thank you enough, not just for listening and for the rave
review, but for encouraging me, lending me your equipment, letting me perform
my songs at your beautiful apartment, and for your advice and enthusiasm.
You are an amazingly sweet and generous lady who told me that it was possible
to do this. It seemed like an impossible task at first, so very
intimidating. So thank you!
And everyone else with some songs you want to record -- just do it. You can
do it too, and then send them to your pals on this list, and it will be one
of the best things you ever did for yourself and hopefully for us, too.
I want to wish Kakki a very Merry Christmas, and everyone else on this list
the same, or a Happy Hanukah, a fulfilling Ramadan, an ecstatic Kwanzaa, a
Good Diwali, or in my case, a Joyous Universal Solstice Observation. Much
Joni and all the beauty of her music to everyone in the year 2001.
