I found a fascinating website for anyone interested in reality as opposed to
opinion.
It contains stuff like that below. www.stats.org.
[[CBS This Morning (Oct. 28) and many local TV newscasts recently warned
Americans of a "hidden hazard" - automatic doors. According to the Consumer
Product Safety Commission (CPSC), there are an amazing 3,000 accidents a year
involving automatic doors. These numbers appear to put efforts at egress
right up there with chain saw juggling.
But before we all decide it's safer to just stay put, let's add a little
perspective. According to 1995 CPSC figures, beds caused 395,623 injuries,
television sets harmed 36,959 people and 43,687 injuries were linked to
toilets.]]
