Has anyone heard this voice? Wow! Sort of like Victoria Williams. Totally
captivating, to this listener.

At six WEEKS old, her parents took her into the Outback to hunt foxes. Now,
all grown up, she's been to Africa, written her own songs, won a Country
album of the year award in her native Australia for her debut "The Captian",
had an article in Stereophile, and a WONDERFUL appearance on "The World
Cafe". As David Dye said, it's not like what's popular in Nashville. It's
more like roots-oriented stuff like a beautiful, clear, voice set against a
very nice acoustic guitar, bass, and drums. Tasteful and understated so
that the song comes through. Yum!

I haven't heard the CD but on radio- wow, she's great.

In love again,
Lama
