I have my grandson over as I am packing for Chicago so I have no time to do
anyone's research and I won't... but Reagan was very much in the fundamentalist
apocalyptic mindset... get the back issues of 'Christianity Today' (a magazine
I generally have little agreement with) or 'Christian Century' (I like this one
much more) from January 1981 on. I am actually very stunned that anyone DIDN'T
know this about Reagan - it was a major element in his philosophy and the source
of much of his support from the religious right-wing. You could also check out
any number of old Pat Robertson shows (700 Club) from 1981 on for this.
