Brutality and artifice, I guess are also types of power, as well as powerful
stimulants...but is innocence?
I have trouble understanding  how innocence is a stimulant, unless it's used
as a synonym for ignorance,  ignorance by choice, not by circumstance...and
it's still a stretch...stimulation by stultification.
