What the advertising and sales business knows is that human beings have a 
pavlovian response to certain things that are guaranteed to immediately cause 
the senses to focus on the subject. Anything sexual in nature or anything 
related to survival. Babies and children fall into this second category. 
people who want to appeal to people easily can always bank on the pavlovian. 
It isnt an intellectual appeal at all its purely related to the medulla 
oblongata part of the conditioned response complex.  Its that simple.
