An interesting set of threefers, there, Kerry...and all the more interesting because 
there are some dissimilarities in there. I mean, "Moons & Junes & Ferris Wheels" are 
all tied to each other, but this combination is awkward, and again, intentionally so. 
Blue is certainly a song filled with tension, and these threefers contribute to that 
tension.

Grass and ass have a more positive connotation than the other four. "Guns" is 
certainly negative, and may relate to the fact that Crosby was usually packing heat 
around this time, according to his biography, as well as participating in the other 5 
'stimulants'.

And the way she says "lots of laughs" in that sorrowful way after the lists just caps 
it all.
