Hey, this is about 500K cheaper than I thought it would be - really not a
bad price at all for the location. Maybe it's full of termites with all
that unfinished wood! It's great you researched it and talked to the
realtor. I bet we could get them down to under $550,000 ;-) Maybe we
should start a JMDL consortium and sell shares in it - heehee.
