awwwww thanks . It was my honour and privilege to be there for Brian. It really
was. To be a witness to his courage was an experience well beyond any words I
could ever write. To be a part of his healing has affected me deeply and how I
see things. Something like watching black and white film only and all of a
sudden seeing colours....or hearing the most magnificent sound for the very
first time. Or something. So much beauty.
Brian taught me some very big life lessons while I watched him go through so
much in such a short time. I keep coming back to the same place of being in awe
of his incredible strength and courage.
I guess this is what happens when we face tough things. Once we come through
that long dark tunnel to be touched by the warmth and light of day ... sweet
relief.
