Well I'm only familiar with pre-80s Tull but I think Aqualung, Thick
as a Brick, Benefit & Stand-up are all excellent albums. Living in
the Past is kind of a compilation of past work but it is quite good as
well. War Child is pretty good too.
I agree that Ian Anderson wrote some great lyrics. Also played a mean
flute at one time. Probably still does?
