I've tried twice now to advance-order JB's new CD "Steady Pull" off her web 
site and each time have been alerted that my transaction cannot be 
processed because the server cannot be located.  Has anyone ordered it 
through the site or have any ideas about whether I might be doing something 
wrong from my end?
