My last name is Fye, and I've often quipped that -- if
not for the "Electra complex" and
Cathy-the-comic-strip-character's dog -- I would name
my daughter (had I one) Electra Fye. ; )
I told this to a friend's kids, aged 8, 10, and 12 at
the time, and they just had a ball with all the
variations! It got to the point where we would be
driving along, kids in the back seat of my car, and
seemingly out of nowhere one of them would blurt out
something like ... "Recti! BAHahahahahaha!"
