The following is an actual account of the very first recorded 'presence' of
me on this bizarre planet: "Male, Caucasian, orphan, born 1947, New Mexico,
placed for adoption in Albuquerque". Can you say Roswell? Can you say
stranger in a strange? Do you grok what I'm saying? I was finally adopted
at age 2, and was moved to the quiet Midwest, where I never quite felt 'at
home' - still don't?
