Hi Francesco-
Here is another one.
It was a Crosby-Nash benefit concert for Project Jonah (a save-the-
whales organization) and the United Farm Workers. It took place at
the Civic Auditorium in San Francisco on Sat. Dec. 14. The year
was 1972 or 1971, but I know it was Saturday so you can
check a calender for those years to be sure. Crosby and
Nash played without a band.
I was there and it was a great show. Graham Nash played two
new songs on electric piano; "Wind On The Water" (or "For
the Last Whale") and "Fieldworker". Crosby played a new song
on guitar, "Carry Me". I remember there was a life-sized replica of a
whale on the back of a trailer parked out on the street-huge!
