Other than live and compilations, there hasn't been many triple albums but
for some reason they're all brilliant. Other than the aforementioned Prince
these come to mind:
George Harrison's - All Things Must Pass, by far the best solo Beatle
record.
Magnetic Fields - 69 Love Songs, a magnificent sprawling collection of
love songs from Joni fan Stephen Merritt.
Garrett, there's lots of the Prince album lying around on bargain racks.
Look for a horrible orange cover with his symbol on it. I paid about 8
quid for mine.
