I've just been reading the BBC's report on the recent Madonna Interview
interview and how she is quoted as saying she never wanted to repeat
herself. Does that ring an MOA bell? I'm not one for getting emotionally
nationalistic but hey Leslie (and any other Hielanders out there), she did
pay us Scots a braw compliment. Skibo Castle is in the most idyllic setting
one could fairy tale imagine. Is there any record of where Joni went in
Scotland? I vaguely remember her saying something about heavy drapes and
mustiness. That would be around the early time when she was with Larry
Klein. Does she have any Scottish ancestry? And I threw my drink - must be
the Irish blood. Were there any references ever written about it?
