kakki dearest,
thanks for the compliment!!!! the funny thing is that my accent changes
constantly. i've had native speakers ask me if i'm from new york, canada,
iceland, southern usa and, believe it or not, most frequently missouri!!!
apparently, missouri is like an accent catch-all in the usa. in the recent
past i've acquired the ''dawghter'', ''tawlk'', new ''yawk'' thing which i'm
trying to eliminate but it just won't go away. and i came back from canada
with a very canadian ''out'' and ''house'' sound. so that makes me a
canadian from the bronx with a southern accent. to think that when i was
young i wanted to be julie andrews!!!!! john van tiel is strictly
''oxfudd'', though.
wallyK,

Wally,

Of all the people I've met from outside the U.S., you have the most perfect
American accent I've ever heard. Even more amazing is that it has some
shades of a SoCal accent. If you say "Whassup, dude?" next time I see you I
will faint straight away.
