Bob,

Not sure where you got information that the song you posted
was by "Blink-182", but I didn't see that anywhere at that
link you gave--my impression is that the "group" is called
"Loaded Boxers". 

I had heard that the Clinton's named their daughter
"Chelsea" because they like the song "Chelsea Morning". I
named one of my cats "Chelsea" before the name got so
popular. :-)
