Kerry,

Busted! I'm guilty of being a lurker---I've been here a couple of weeks or
so---and I kinda chose to lurk---just until I get a "feel" for the place. I
did pop into the chat room a couple nights ago for a few minutes--but
basically I've been standing in the shadows.

My reason is that---I naturally have a really wierd sense of humor that
rears it's ugly head in almost everything I say--and it tends to put people
off--especially in email--because you can't really tell if I'm trying to be
funny or piss people off(which I would NEVER do)--so I usually just keep
quiet until I can determine how people on the list will accept that into the
conversation. It's not cool to come in and take the chance of making someone
upset if you are only joking about something.

Don't know if that makes sense---but there Ya have it---My lurking
confession!! :~)

Linda

Helllloooooo......(hello, hello, hello.....)
This place has been like a ghost town ever since the chat room opened up!
There can't be 800 people in the chat room! I guess more lurkers will have
to come out of the shadows! I've always wanted to ask why people choose to
be lurkers or non-lurkers. (You'll probably tell me it's not a choice, it's
just the way you are, but I'm interested...) The chat room is fun, but I
kinda miss the list. The discussions tended to be a little deeper. Not
that cheap and superficial can't be fun sometimes! :>)
