Let's be respectable listers.
We can hate the sing but not the singer!
Hating Celine? Oh c'mon now! How can you hate her, she's only a pop
singer? Did she do something mean and nasty to any of you?
I never thought of hating someone just because I don't like their music,
even Bryan Adams. Gloria Estefan's voice grates on me fiercely, and I'd
probably strangle her if she started singing near me, but I wouldn't hate
her. Sarah Brightman sings beautifully, but I can't stand watching her do
it, but I don't hate her.
I'm in a Jewel phase by the way. That young woman sure can sing. On her
recent PBS special, she showed a stage presence very reminiscent of Joni.
She must be a fan! Anyone else think Jewel is pretty talented?
