Dear Friends of Spirit,
As you all know, "admission" to the New England Labor Day Jonifest this year
is a check made out to Jim Johanson, Wally Breese's best friend, and the
wonderful soul that has taken over JoniMitchell.com. Also, you know that
*everyone* can participate in the Jonifest giveaways by sending a check for
Jim. All winners will be sent their prize no matter how far you live.
I am begging all of you to reach deep into your pockets with this particular
fundraiser. Jim is battling serious medical problems at this time, and is not
able to work to the capacity that he has been able to in the past. It is a
delicate subject as Jim feels readers so recently dealt with the loss of
Wally only last year, and he doesn't want to drag everyone through another
traumatic experience on JoniMitchell.com.
Please, please be generous with your donations this year, and send them as
soon as you are able. If you have giveaway items to donate to help motivate
