Hi Wally:

Are you sure you're using the search function properly?  I found scads of info on 
classical music and musicians.  If you look under the "explore" tool at the top of the 
main page, then click on "composers" and then scroll down a bit, you will find a list 
containing biographies on 12,191 composers, arranged by date from 1100 to 1900-. Your 
classical music interests are there, I assure you.
