Both Sides *No* video (DVD)?

I was browsing the CDNow.com site under Joni Mitchell
and came across a DVD of "Both Sides Now" (they have
it down as "Both Sides No".)

Does anyone have any idea what this video is?  Did
they film any of the BSN tour?
