i have just sent a message to the list [it hasn't posted yet on my screen]
in which i used the word ''insanity'' to refer to paul iv. it was a very
infelicitous choice and i want to apologize to paul iv and to the list. i
sometimes hit the send button too soon. one should always remember that when
we don't have anything good to say, we should say nothing.
