Hi,
I don't doubt your allergy for a minute, BUT, I worked as a medical
transcriber for a cardiologist for several years. He absolutely LOATHED
smoking. Loathed it. Yet he told us that there were actually very few
people truly allergic to cigarette smoke. You are one of them, but it is NOT
a common allergy. Smoke up anyone's nose causes sneezing, etc., but that is
not a true allergy. Perhaps some of those who claim they are allergic are
suffering from the effects of inhaling smoke, which is a very irritating
substance. I've been a smoker and a non-smoker, non right now, and am
sensitive to the complaints and needs of both. It's not all one-side. Once
again, please not that I do not for one minute question your allergy to
cigarette smoke, only your stating as fact that many people are allergic to
the smoke. :)
