Had a strange Joni moment or two the last few days while reading about her smoking.
It's spring up here in Canada and I kept hearing a tinkling, trickling water sound,
even up here on the top floor in the house. It got especially noticeable when I was
reading about cigarette smoke not being good for her paintings, when I read about Joni
perhaps being a poor role model. I finally traced it, this strange sound. Someone was
pissing in the fireplace, dragging someone through turbulent indigo.....
