Keb is very cool. Thanks for the update, Bob. I was just noticing an advance copy of
this CD on eBay, for those who just can't wait. "Grandma's Hands" is a Bill Withers
cover, one of my many favorites from BW. And I bet "America the Beautiful" is an
homage to the classic Ray Charles rendition. Keb Mo is performing at the New Orleans
Jazz and Heritage in early May. I'm going to be sure and check him out.

Bob reports:
<<Just found out that the new Keb Mo release, due out 5/23, will feature Keb's take on
BYT! This is exciting for me as I'm a big Keb fan, saw him live earlier on this year
in fact. Anyway, looks like he's doing quite a few covers this time round:
1. Everybody be yourself
2. Love train
3. Don't Say So
4. Infinite Eyes
5. Grandma's Hands
6. Color Him Father
7. Family Affair
8. The Flot Fleet Floggie
9. I am Your Mother Too
10. Big Yellow Taxi (Joni Mitchell)
11. Isn't She Lovely (Stevie Wonder)
12. America The Beautiful
Very cool lineup! I assume Love Train is the O-Jay's classic, and Family
Affair the Sly tune. Does anybody remember the original Color Him Father by
The Winstons?
