Thanks, Vince,

I was 10 when the Kent State murders happened.  It was a turning point for
me, as it was the first time I was aware of state action and its potential
to do real harm.  Suddenly, soldiers and guns weren't toys anymore.  As I
grew older, I learned more and, while it is not the most significant date in
my life, it is the one day upon which I burn a candle.
