had a nice little joni fetter last night with bob in sc. a fetter is when only two jmdlers get together as a fest requres at least three. anyway, we drank some beer and ate some pizza and then busted in on his wife and son and he dubbed a live radiohead concert for me which he got from john van tiel. and that was a majorly nice thing to do for me because i've been listening to the same five radio head cds every day for the last six months. bob has a wonderful family. his wife is extremely bright, thinks digitally, and teaches math. she's the first person i've met who could decipher a radiohead cd jacket. and bob's son is very gracious and bob can feel proud for that accomplishment. bob has thousands of cd's in his living room. and he has boxes of stuff he's working on for other jmdlers. bob wears a bracelet which wallybear gave him...you go guy. and he's a very generous person who does alot for many other people. me...well i've been reading the digests and travelling alot more. closed my business and went to work for corporate america. yuck and fuck it. but interest rates were killing me and at least now there's this direct deposit i can count on. listening to alot of radiohead. alot of jonatha brooke. some big head todd and the monsters. listened to ti on this trip and miles of aisles pretty regularly. i definately miss being on regular list and posting through the day. some of the funniest stuff came out sponatneously like that. but at least today i drove on down to atlanta from sc and got to listen planet telex live from amsterdam or somewhere cooler than where i was, all because of this crazy ass joni list which alters lives, even though.... it's only email. thanks bob. that was good night. pat
