i like having birthdays. i don't like getting old. you know: it's not the
bullet that kills you; it's the hole.
and yet, i like daddies more than anything else, and one wouldn't have
daddies without the blessed aging process.
when i was about to turn 40, i thought i would have a hemorrhage. but
looking back, 30 was the real BIG DIVIDE. socially, a thirtysomething is NOT
young anymore. in fact after 23, you are old, at least in argentina. when i
chat on gay.com, my profile usually includes ''for older men only''.
27-year-olds private me!!!!!! in their book 27 is OLD. when i tell people
i'm 40, they say, ''oh you don't look 40!'' i don't find that very
complimentary somehow...
