Anne, make sure you take a day off between runs...the biggest mistake most people make
is running two days in a row. Your muscles and joints require 48 hours to heal and
reset, otherwise you'll only cause an injury.

I really enjoyed this thought, Anne...it always strikes me as funny in our culture,
that we're supposed to be so spiritual yet we tend to fear death so much that we'll
expend all efforts to ensure that we endure and suffer as long as possible.
Last week when I spoke with Jimmy about his beloved Maxine, it reminded me that we are
generally more humane with our pets than with each other when it comes to dying.
And then, when Evian announced the birth of his daughter, it brought me to Joni
thinking about death & birth & death & birth...
