The CBC comedy show 'This Hour Has 22 Minutes' has a bit that they do
every now & then called 'Talking to Americans'. This guy named Rick
Mercer (he hosted this year's Juno awards) comes down to a U S city
and asks people totally ridiculous questions about Canada such as
'Should Saskatchewan have the same coastal waters fishing rights as
the U S?' The Americans tend to act like they know what he's talking
about and make total fools of themselves by showing their complete
ignorance about Canada. 'Of course Saskatchewan should have coastal
fishing rights!' (never mind that Saskatchewan doesn't have a coast.)
