I remember that too, so I searched the archives. From an interview on KCSN
Radio, December 21, 1999 (talking about the cover of BSN):
Interviewer: No, I actually have a very different feeling about it. I'm
curious as to what's in the glass, and it makes me want just to have an
aperitif.
Joni: Actually it's cranberry juice.
It seems to be her drink of choice, there were about 5 articles describing
her having lunch in Brentwood, and drinking cranberry juice.
