Me too Victor! I've been keeping a journal for 22 years, and every day I
will look at last years journal to see what I was doing that day. It was my
first Joni-fest experience, and I was so nervous meeting some of my "Joni"
friends for the first time.
I read where Ed and I walked in the "True Brew Cafe" to meet the first batch
of JMDLers to arrive (and to hear you sing), the coffee house after, seeing
Anne Rice's house, Michael taking us to that dive bar "Avelon" LOL, the next
day meeting everyone at "Giovanni's", the VIP room in the House of Blues, the
next day the great party at the Paz house singing until 3:00 a.m., but
nothing topped the wonderful Joni tribute at "The Howling Wolf".
Yes, it's hard to believe that a year has passed already, and what a great
experience it was to meet so many wonderful people.
I hope everyone at the New York Lahm-fest is having a great time. I can't
wait to read everyone's posts.
GREAT lyrics to your new song Victor!
