Great story, Rick, congratulations on your good fortune! The excerpt above reminds me 
of my photo op with Joni when she asked for a re-take as she thought her eyes were 
closed (which they were). This sort of simple gesture lifts Joni above the pantheon of 
celebrities who give autographs, etc. She's genuinely concerned that the receiver is 
pleased with what they get!
