This is something that always struck me about our Joni..she has said time and
time again that it doesnt matter so much what the song means/meant to her...what
she wants to know is what her songs mean to us, her fans. I always enjoy hearing
someone else's interpretation of a Joni song. And yes, different songs can have
meaning for something deep inside that no one knows about or touch us in ways
that might parallel a life experience...or speak the words that our hearts
cannot.
