Hi Diane-In understand where you are and admire you for it. The popint I was
trying to get across was the issue of voting. I feel that despite all the talk,
when it comes to voting, our firends either don't vote in support or vot for
soemthing they see as more important(tax cuts etc) or they don't vote at all.
You are quite right about other issues too(women. race etc).
It is about human rights. Until i have equal rights under law as you do, then we
all suffer. people don't undertsand that. treat one set of people as inferior
and it brings us all down.
I still hold that if people truly wanted us to hold equal rights with them we
would have them. it doesn't, as far as I can see, mean that they should all be
marching in a Gay Pride march!
