NP- Nowadays Clancy Can't Even Sing-Buffalo Springfield Years ago my parents got a bird and wanted help naming it. Being Irish and a big Neil Young fan I suggested Clancy and they loved it. I think I cursed it because the bird never learned to sing or talk like other cockatiels do.
