Seeking Joni Interview Participant Info.

I'm in the process of transcribing Joni's 1988 interview with excerpts from 
CMIARS that was recorded in Engand.  Does anyone know who the interviewer 
is?  It's a great, long interview, and I'd rather have a name to identify 
the interviewer than "Announcer."  This transcription will be added to the 
others for Les's site.
