I think this is a brilliant solution to the political ills of both our countries.
The only change I would make to your plan is to incorporate the US as another
province...or I suppose we could consider making it a new territory because of
its geographical size. All we need to do now is break the news to our Joni and
Monsieur Chretien. Mais oui.
